Each piece of Studio Clora jewelry is hand-crafted in France and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.

Be sure any cosmetics, perfumes, lotions and oils are dry before putting on your jewelry, and note they may affect certain metals and threads. Please also be careful with makeup, most of our products cannot be cleaned. Make sure your product does not get wet (in the shower, pool, ocean, etc.) and has not contact with water. After each wear ­— gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box or pouch, so as not to crush or stain. Due to the delicate of nature of our products and in order to keep the bright color, we recommend to not store your jewelry or hair accessory in sunlight.

Our custom design process is a wonderful way to create one of a kind jewelry piece that will last a lifetime. All our jewelry are designed by the Studio Clora design team in Paris and handcrafted in France.

We are available for design consultations to individuals as well as compagnies. We are happy to assist an individual with all their custom design requests, whether it be an engagement ring, a pendant, a custom lengths for necklace, a project to help repurpose and give new life to old jewelry, or any other requests. Our team will work together with you to make the custom piece of your choice that fits your vision.

The first step in the custom design process is sending us your inspirations for the piece you have in mind. The designers will then reach out to you and guide you through the jewelry making process. Once a design concept is established, we will send a quote with details on the precious metal, gemstones and size. The Studio Clora design team will then take your ideas and begin producing sketches that align with the design concept. Once these sketches have been reviewed, they will be sent for your approval and/or final adjustments. Once the piece is confirmed, it will take approximately 4 weeks to be handcrafted by our Italian manufacturers. Your beautifully finished piece is then inspected by our production team, and shipped to you.
